If you become a client, we also collect health and clinical information relevant to your care, in line with our professional obligations as a AHPRA-registered psychologist.

3. Why we collect it To respond to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, and — for clients — to provide psychological treatment. Health information is only used for these purposes and is treated as sensitive information under APP 3.
4. Marketing communications We only send marketing or newsletter-style communications to people who have opted in via our website. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any such message, or by contacting us directly.
5. Storage and security: your information is stored securely using GoHighLevel and reasonable steps are taken to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
6. Disclosure to third parties: we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to deliver our services (e.g. our booking and CRM platform), required by law, or with your consent (e.g. liaising with your GP under a Mental Health Care Plan).
